If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video before opening the package.
For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
